We are excited to announce the upcoming release of our ServiceNow plugin for Meridian, part of our Meridian 25 effort. This plugin is designed to enhance your experience by providing seamless integration with ServiceNow, allowing you to perform various actions to improve your network monitoring and team coordination.

Key Features of the ServiceNow Plugin:

  • ServiceNow CMDB Integration: To eliminate gaps in network monitoring coverage, populate a discover requisition with the contents of your CMDB. This ensures that your monitoring is comprehensive and up to date.
  • Send Alarms and/or Events to ServiceNow: Sending alarms and events directly to ServiceNow will keep everyone on the same page and prevent anyone from being blindsided.
  • Synchronize Ticket Creation: Synchronize ticket creation between Meridian and ServiceNow to ensure seamless coordination among team members.

Please note that the ServiceNow plugin requires Meridian 24 or later. For more details, you can refer to the product documentation page.

If you want to try out the ServiceNow plugin in your test environment, please email me, and we will get you started. I look forward to your feedback.
